HOW LONG WILL MY PROJECT TAKE?
Every project is unique. As part of the planning process, we’ll discuss a timeline with you that takes your priorities and scope into account. If there are custom or bespoke elements—or if the project is large in scale—the overall timeline may be longer. Reach out if you’d like to start planning.
ARE YOU ABLE TO DO ARCHITECTURAL DRAWINGS THAT CAN BE FILED WITH THE CITY?
Not in-house, but we partner with licensed architects, engineers, and all necessary consultants to get your project filed quickly and correctly—and at no additional markup from us. You’ll pay these consultants directly, and we’ll credit you back for any fees incurred to file your project with the city.
HOW DO YOU CHARGE?
For construction projects, we charge a flat fee that varies depending on timeline and budget. Since we work with you to define both upfront, this fee won’t come as a surprise later on. For decoration projects, we use a transparent pricing model. Readily available items carry little or no markup, while complex or custom pieces may. For unconventional requests, we charge an hourly rate of $225/hr. We don’t bill for incidental expenses unless previously approved—like overnight travel or accommodations.
WILL YOU WORK WITH MY ARCHITECT OR CONTRACTOR?
Yes. We frequently collaborate with architects, builders, and general contractors—whether we’re involved from the start or brought in midstream. We’re experienced in working as part of an integrated team.
DO YOU HANDLE PURCHASING AND INSTALLATION?
Absolutely. We manage sourcing, purchasing, and installation—from single pieces to full-home furnishings. You’ll receive full transparency, including procurement timelines, vendor status updates, and cost breakdowns.
DO YOU WORK OUTSIDE OF NEW YORK?
We do. While we’re based in New York, we’ve completed projects in the Hamptons, Palm Beach, and other destinations. Depending on your location and scope, we’re happy to travel or work remotely through a well-coordinated process.
